My sons haven´t experienced any other chancellor than Angela Merkel, one of them being 12 years now – like Helmut Kohl had been chancellor throughout my youth in the 80s. I would say my sons are lucky. I was assigned for portraits and interviews with Angela Merkel serveral times – partly in a very cooperative and close atmosphere, which is not necessary the nature of interviews with the most powerful women in the world. What I can say is she could not be more far away from behaving like this title would suggest.
